Mansfield office drying after a pipe breaks

It is no laughing matter when an office space is no longer usable. The migration of water found its way into this office. The carpet and walls soaked up the water quickly. The good news is that we were called early enough to extract the water and place air movers to dry the wet materials.

Mitigation, when it happens quickly, can help keep damage and costs lower. Had the water sat in this office overnight the owners would have needed to replace many of the items in this room along with the filing cabinets which would have rusted along the bottom.

The only replacement that was needed was the baseboard along the edge. As of this picture the right style of baseboard was still paid for and in route. The office looked great and the staff were able to get back to work.
